of the manufacturer. In addition to this, RCE supplies a 6-Month Warrnty
on all parts and labour.

read/write head refurbishing.
This process insures the quality of re-manufacture at the highest
level. Offering the highest quality in replacement parts guarantees
better performance and reliability,for the user.
- The Expedite
repair program.
Here the client can request a service to be done within a specific time
frame, to meet emergencies within their organization, or events beyond
their control.
- Special Request
Requirements (SRR).
This service is designed to support a company's Unique repair, packing,
and/or shipping request, thus catering to the uniqueness of the customer's
Organization.
- Advance Exchange
Program.
An exceptional service to satisfy the client's immediate need for the
replacement of a defective unit. The client is provided with a similiar/same
drive in return for their defective unit. Prior to sending in the defective
unit.
